Responsibilities

• To assist physiotherapists to prepare and provide patient treatments and training under supervision;

• To help educate patients how to exercise properly;

• To assist the centre-in-charge to handle daily administrative and reception duties, including triage, outpatient registration, appointment booking, answering patient enquiries, sales and cashiering; 

• To support centre operations and other clerical work of the department, including data entries, and filing, etc.;

• To assist in inventory control and procurement process; and

• To perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above;

• Candidate with relevant working experience is preferable;

• Positive, friendly, attentive and Self-motivated;

• Experience in handling insurance medical cards, clinic software, booking system and MS office;

• Proficiency in MS Office and English and Chinese word processing; and

• Good communication skills on both English and Chinese.
