Office Manager

Essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities typically include:

  • Organising meetings
  • Organising company events or conferences
  • Ordering office necessities
  • Dealing with correspondence and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Organising induction programmes for new employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages

    To be successful in this role, you will (optional) possess:

  • Office management experience.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office and MYOB (or similar) applications.
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to negotiate schedules with staff and customers.
  • Ability to multi-task during busy periods.
