Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are not looking for a traditional recruiter or coordinator. We are hiring a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to be the central engine of our growth, innovation, and competitive edge. Your mission is simple but challenging: design, unleash, and aggressively drive our internal talent acquisition function to secure high-potential talent across all business units. 

You must be hungry, disruptive, strategic to build scalable solutions and win the war for talent. This role is about seeing talent opportunities where others see just job openings, and then aggressively converting those opportunities into high-impact hires.



🚀 Key Areas of Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Owning the Talent Engine: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process: Define our job voice and messaging, execute proactive and targeted sourcing campaigns, conduct all initial screening and critical assessments, manage interview logistics, and close offers to ensure a seamless new hire integration

  • Strategic Talent System Build-Out: Develop and execute agile recruitment strategies aligned directly with business growth goals. Strategically manage and optimize all recruitment channels, effectively operating as the central talent acquisition service and Pioneer for the organization.

  • Leadership Alignment & Advisory: Work closely with business units and hiring managers across the organization to deeply understand staffing requirements, challenge the status quo, and provide expert, data-driven consultative support throughout the hiring process.

  • Architecting the Future Pipeline: Source and proactively engage both passive and active candidates. Architect and cultivate robust talent networks to ensure long-term talent readiness.

  • Championing Our Growth Story: Actively promote our rapid growth trajectory and unique culture, ensuring every candidate experiences a professional, future-focused journey that clearly showcases their clear career advancement potential within our story.

  • Operational Excellence & Integration: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, work arrangement, and HR orientation, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and analyse recruitment data and reports to continually improve hiring processes, measure recruiting performance, and advise leadership on strategic talent decisions.

  • Compliance & Process Integrity: Ensure all hiring practices strictly comply with employment ordinance and company policies.

  • Strategic HR Contribution: Participate in additional high-priority HR projects and events as assigned, contributing strategically to broader HR functions if needed.


💡 What Makes You a Fit? 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • At least 3-5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience. Prior experience in agency recruitment is highly valued.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

  • Possess a relentless drive to succeed, thrive under pressure, and view challenges as opportunities to demonstrate a non-stop fighting spirit.

  • Demonstrated passion for leveraging technology and market data to disrupt and optimize recruitment processes. Proven ability to utilize AI tools for efficiency is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Hong Kong employment regulations preferred.

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
