Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end project execution with clients using Agile methodology
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and external vendors
• Develop project documentation including timelines, budgets, and status reports
• Conduct weekly client/vendor progress reviews with milestone tracking
• Manage project administration
• Handle concurrent client accounts in fast-paced environments

Core Requirements
• 1-2 years’ proven experience in agency project coordination
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Business proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese essential)
• Ability to manage concurrent tasks under tight timeline
• Senior candidates may be considered for Senior Account Executive role
• Immediate starters prioritized
