E-Commerce Manager / Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Strategize and execute e-commerce sales growth initiatives across HKTVmall and proprietary platforms
• Partner with brands & internal parties to align e-commerce operations with brand equity objectives
• Design & implement promotional roadmaps & materials, including real-time competitor benchmarking analysis
• Develop data-driven marketing communication frameworks with measurable ROI tracking
• Generate executive-level reports: Sales/KPI dashboards, profit trend diagnostics, and predictive insights
• Work as a team with different departments to help the e-commerce team achieve sales and profit targets

Core Requirements
• 3+ years of proven e-commerce success with documented sales target achievement (HKTVmall platform expertise required; POSIFY/Shopify proficiency preferred)
(Less experience will be considered for the Executive role)
• Ability to organize time well, prioritize tasks, and maintain a strong work ethic
• Client service excellence: Experience managing external stakeholders (brands/agencies) with contract compliance awareness
• Cross-functional cooperation: Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multi-departmental projects using agile methodologies
• Linguistic assets: Business-level English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Technical edge:

  • Proficiency in using HKTVmall-related platforms

  • Advanced Excel modeling (PivotTables, Scenario Analysis)

  • AI-powered analytics tools (e.g., ChatGPT for customer journey mapping) is a plus
