Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison between corporate leadership and strategic client accounts
• Manage full lifecycle of key customer accounts including contract renewals
• Execute new product listings and SKU optimization strategies
• Develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges
• Design and implement quarterly business plans with KPI tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Procurement, Marketing, Logistics)
• Optimize product distribution, pricing strategies, and shelf placement
• Translate business strategies into actionable client proposals
• Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers
• Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights
• Advise on retail category management strategies

 

Core Requirements

• 3+ years’ key account management experience (FMCG/Healthcare/Petcare preferred)
• Established industry network with major distributors/retailers
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English (written/spoken) and Cantonese
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
