Deskside Support Engineer

We are looking for IT Engineer to provide IT support for users.

Job Duties :

Responsibilities：

·        Provide deskside support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues.

·        Assist in installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software.

·        Assist in setting up and maintaining computer peripherals, such as printers, scanners, and other office equipment.

·        Aid users with basic network connectivity and assist in troubleshooting network-related problems.


Requirements:   

·        Computer desktop & laptop technology, Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office 365

·        IT Support experience or TSS experience is preferable (but not a must)

·        Good communication in Cantonese
