Network Engineer

Responsibilities：


  • Develop the network governance framework and define standards for on-premises and multi-cloud environments

  • Enhance and optimize network performance and security to meet standards

  • Co-ordinate the inter-networking with local and regional network support 

  • Assist in the design and implementation of network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

  • Configure and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

  • Conduct regular network audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement security measures.


Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network architecture or a similar role.

  • Holder of professional/technical certificates in networking or security will be advantageous, CCNA/CCNP certified preferred.

  • Familiarity with network security best practices and technologies.

  • Hands-on experience in network architecture design, multi-branded network equipment management and/or network solutions implementation.

  • Proficiency in configuring and managing network equipment from vendors such as Huawei, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, FortiGate, H3C, etc.

  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

  • Drive to success with new generation solutions, including ZTNA, SD-Wan, Prisma Access, etc.
