Video & Audio Conference Support Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain video conferencing systems, audio equipment, and related peripherals in meeting rooms.

  • Provide technical support for video and audio conferencing issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Assist users with setup and operation of meeting room technology, ensuring smooth start-up and operation of virtual meetings.

  • Monitor and test conferencing equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Respond promptly to support requests and escalate complex issues as needed.

  • Perform regular health checks and preventive maintenance on conferencing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting video conferencing and audio equipment in a corporate or enterprise environment.

  • Proficiency with popular video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Google Meet).

  • Strong understanding of AV hardware including cameras, microphones, speakers, codecs, and control systems.

  • Familiarity with network fundamentals and troubleshooting related to video conferencing connectivity.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, AVIXA, or vendor-specific certifications) are a plus.

  • Experience with room scheduling and management software, preferably in banking or corporate account environments, would be an advantage.
