  1. 17:30-18:30 (Meal break: 13:00-14:00, rest break: 10:30-11:00 & 16:30-17:00)
  2. 13:00-23:30 (Meal break: 19:00-20:00, rest break: 16:30-17:00)
  3. 21:00-7:30 (Meal break: 00:00-1:00, rest break: 4:00-4:30)

9 working hours per day exclude break(s)

Detailed Job Description:

  • Preparing cakes, pastry, desserts, chocolates and bread
  • Operating and monitoring ovens, dough and slicing machines
  • Preparing ingredients
  • Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
  • Monitoring food quality and hygiene
  • Allocating manpower and training staff
  • Managing the operation of kitchen
  • Assisting in other kitchen duties

Language Requirements:

  • Spoken: Fair Cantonese, Little English
  • Reading & Writing: Fair Chinese, Little English

Minimum Entry requirement (including education standard, years of experience, skill etc.)

  • Primary 6
  • 1 year of relevant work experience
