* Manage Teams: Lead and coordinate both on-site and remote teams from IT, business, and external vendors.
* Control Budget & Resources: Create and manage the project's budget and resource plan.
* Communicate Clearly: Keep all stakeholders, including senior leaders, informed with regular updates and reports.
* Solve Problems: Identify and resolve risks, issues, and changes that could impact the project.
* Uphold Standards: Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and follow best practices for project delivery.
* Guide Others: Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative team environment.
Requirements & Experience:
* A university degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in a large company.
* Experience working with senior executives and managing external vendors and contracts.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
* Professional certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
