About the role

Pro-Tech Technology (Asia) Limited is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and support our business objectives. You will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns, managing communications across multiple channels, and supporting the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and market presence.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote company products and services

2. Create engaging marketing content, including copywriting, graphic design briefs, and multimedia assets for use across email, social media, websites and promotional materials

3. Manage social media accounts and digital platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring

4. Coordinate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals

5. Track and analyse marketing metrics and campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders

6. Support the organisation of marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities

7. Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems

8. Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies

What we're looking for

1. Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline

2. 3 years or above experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a related field

3. Proficiency with marketing tools and software, including social media management platforms, email marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

4. Experience with content creation and copy-writing for various marketing channels

5. Knowledge of digital marketing principles and social media marketing

6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics

7. Excellent organisational and project management abilities with written and verbal communication skills

8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
