Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To quote tender within short period of time
  • To manage and monitor work progress of fitting out projects
  • To overall control of materials and shop drawings
  • To communicate with clients, consultants, designers to achieve on time and qualified project
  • To apply the interim payments and VOs in a timely manner

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years or above experience in FITTING OUT works
  • Competent in tendering, cost estimation and monitoring in fitting out projects
  • Able to analyze drawings, estimate quantities and quote
  • Familiar with site operation and overall work
  • Able to handle independently
  • Hands on in Auto CAD, MS Project and MS Office
  • Be proactive and highly responsible
