Responsibilities

• Assist in toy product design and development, including structural research and prototyping.

• Support the design team in creating concept visuals, product assets, and basic 3D perspectives.

• Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to prepare design materials.

• Assist with basic 3D modeling using Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya.

• Apply AI-generated images (e.g., Nano Banana/Gemini, DeepSeek) to brainstorming and creative development.

• Analyze product structures with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Complete assigned tasks with high quality and continuously improve skills and tool knowledge.

Requirements

1. Diploma, Associate Degree, or above.

2. 1–2 years of experience in the design industry.

3. Understanding of, or strong interest in, toy product design, molds, and injection molding processes.

4. Basic knowledge of structural design, 3D modeling, and perspective.

5. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya is an advantage.

6. Familiar with product photography and image retouching, including color correction and enhancement.

7. Detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused with strong problem-solving skills.

8. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

9. Positive attitude toward learning and experimenting with new techniques.
