The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Executive to join our team at Propagate Marketing Communications Limited. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of public relations and marketing campaigns for our diverse client portfolio. This full-time role is based in our North Point office in Eastern District.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting the Account Manager in implementing PR and marketing campaigns for clients across various industries

• Conducting research, gathering insights and analysing data to inform campaign strategies

• Drafting and distributing press releases, pitching stories to media, and managing media relations

• Supporting the creation of marketing collateral such as newsletters, website content, and social media posts

• Attending client meetings and events to represent the agency

• Providing administrative support, including preparing reports and monitoring campaign performance

• Preparing, packing and organising of seeding materials for timely delivery

• Identifying opportunities for client account growth and expansion

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates with bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences

• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proactive and creative mindset, with a genuine interest in the marketing and communications industry

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
