As an established property management company and a member of the public-listed Allied Group, we are now looking for the right candidate to fill the following position:
Assistant Property Officer (Double Pay)

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants
  • Assist to Property Manager to supervise of staff and contractors
  • Attend regular meeting with IO/OC and any other job duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Holder of Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 2)
  • Well versed in BMO and DMC
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Working location: Central (Mid-level)
