As an established property management company and a member of the public-listed Allied Group, we are now looking for the right candidate to fill the following position:
Property Officer / Assistant Property Officer (with Double Pay)
  • Responsible for the general property management duties, handling complaints, liaison with owners and tenants, assist property manager to monitor daily property management issues
  • Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years' relevant working experience with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Less than 4 years' relevant working experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
  • Well versed in BMO and DMC
  • PMP (Tier 1 / Tier 2) license is must
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Customer-orientated, good leadership and communication skills
  • Working location:  Mid-level Central
