Our client is a Finance Company and they are now looking for candidate to join their fast growing business.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead a team to maintain operations in credit collection 
• Liaise with other parties on credit collection matters 
• Manage and coordinate the credit collection activities 
• Ensure collection procedures comply with company guidelines 
• Manage team’s performance to meet reporting timelines 
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments and company projects as required 

Job Requirements: 

• Higher diploma or above 
• 3 to 5 years of related experiences of debt collection and team management 
• Familiar with credit collection operation cycle and related processes 
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills 
• Positive mindsets, and a “can-do” attitude 
• Good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills 
• High proficiency in PC skills 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
