Customer Care Officer - Inbound Call

Our client is a Finance Company and they are now looking for candidate to join their fast growing business.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to the incoming phone calls 
  • Cooperate with different departments to tackle customer's requests and provide customer service 
  • Handle and escalate customers’ feedback and complain 
  • Perform clerical and job-related duties as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

  • Higher diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience in telemarketing will be an advantage 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Hands on PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) 
  • Able to work on Saturday once in a month
