Our client is a global logistic service provider, they are now looking for candidates with customer service experience to join their business.

 

Responsibilities: 

Maintain daily operation of the service counter 

Handle walk-in customers' enquiries, shipment drop-off and collection 

Promote value added services and sales promotional programs to customers 

 

Requirements: 

HKDSE/HKCEE or above 

Minimum 2 years of working experience; experience in customer service / retail field is an advantage 

Willing to perform shift duty 

Good communication and problem solving skills 

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 

Familiar with PC skills and Chinese word processing
