Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls to handle enquiries and complaints
- Conduct outbound calls to communicate with clients
- Work closely with business development team
- Recognize the needs for clients and suggest relevant products / services
- Handle the overall account management of assigned accounts
- Prepare monthly report and review invoicing
- Responsible for reconcile against time
- Responsible for contractual terms and rates
- Provide quality program performance
- Manage the day to day efficiencies of program
Requirements :
- Diploma or or above
- At least 2 year working experience in Customer Services Field
- Strong time management and customer service role
- Excellent marketing sense and problem solving skills
- Responsible for handle incoming correspondences
- Self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking
- Good team player and energetic
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- Strong knowledge for PC skills
