Our Client is Global Conglomerate with strong presence in worldwide of logistics-business with focus in cargo services sector to invite potential candidate to join the Facilities Management of the company in pleasant working environment of their owned floor of commercial building.

The candidate :- 

• You will reporting to Head of Facilities Management, you will manage the facilities management team and oversee the inspection, repair and maintenance of facilities to ensure optimal operating results in our company properties including both office and operation areas.
• You may lead facilities management team with Engineering and Technical staff.
• Manage overall facilities management strategies, project plans and cost management.
• Manage building and technical facilities including but not limited to MEP, FS, HVAC systems and related building works.
• Work with internal departments and external suppliers and vendors on R&M activities and projects.
• Ensure process improvement and change implementation on the time schedule. 
• Ensure all work and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations and environmental, health and safety requirements.

Requirements:-

• Approved Electrical Licence (Grade B) or equivalent
• Degree holder in Engineering/ Building Services/ Architecture/ Facilities Management/ Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Around 10 years’ relevant experience in facilities management/ building services maintenance/ construction and engineering with 5 years as manager role
• Strong knowledge in facilities management systems and quality control
• Strong leadership competency in driving team performance
• Excellent problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and AutoCAD
