Our client is looking for Information Technical candidates to provide the Application Support of the company, the working location in Hong Kong Airport.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible to provide application support:
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot the Company global applications
- Design, develop and deploy local applications and digitalization initiatives using agile methodology
- Provide application solution support on daily IT related incidents
- Provide remote or on-site support for applications failure
- Bug fix on in house developed software
- Monitor high priority service-related incidents and conduct root cause analysis and deliver resolution to avoid recurrence of issues
- Provide user training
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in developing, implementing and supporting applications, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
- Solid experience in programming c#, SQL, etc.; good knowledge of operation systems, desktop systems, application environment and latest web technologies
- Knowledge of customs clearance systems is an advantage
- Good planning, organizing and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Shows initiative and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
