Job Highlights:

• Commercial / Residential Project.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• ​2 years relevant experience.

• ​5 days work a week.

​​​Responsibilities:

• ​​​Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino and or any relevant computer software.

• Production of full set of drawings, documents and presentation materials from schematic design to design development to construction documentation.

• Coordinate closely with project team to develop the drawings.

• Ensure designs and drawings comply with required standards.

• Knowledge of building regulations.

• Self-motivated, aggressive, responsible and able to work under pressure.

​​Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects.

• Over 2 years of experience in interior fitting out works or construction field.

• Experience in Interior Design CAD software for projects including residential Mock up / Clubhouse / Lobbies etc.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software.

• Handle full set of Design and Construction drawings.

• Self-motivated, responsible, a good team player.

• Good Spoken & Written in English, Chinese & Mandarin will be advantage.

• Willing to travel.

• 5 days work a week.
