Credit Operations Officer (Ref: RO-COO)
  • Provide administrative support to Head of Credit
  • Prepare minutes and provide secretarial support for Credit Committee meetings
  • Coordinate the credit proposal workflow submitted to the Credit Department, and maintain the proposal registration system
  • Perform administrative duties and prepare periodic reports for the Credit Department
  • Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Business or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated
  • Analytical skills to extract data from datasets and assess accordingly
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting and other deadlines
  • Good proficiency in common productivity tools including Microsoft Office
