E-Banking Officer (Ref: RO-EBO)
  • Conduct marketing survey and provide user requirement to I.T. Department
  • Participate in User Acceptance Test for system enhancement and change
  • Assist in monitoring the implementation of strategies and plans of sales and service delivery through internet
  • Assist in daily maintenance and update of corporate website
  • Promote e-banking security and prevent security threats
  • Liaise with related departments and vendors on e-channel projects in order to optimize e-channels
  • Assist to review the regulatory requirements for e-channel services
  • Streamline workflow and prepare proposal & procedural manual
  • Post-secondary school education with relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in e-banking / e-commerce product development would be an advantage
