Team Head – SME Banking (Ref: RO-TH)

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategy and business development plan to drive revenue growth of SME business
  • Supervise and motivate the SME team to achieve business goals
  • Provide training to the subordinates on marketing skill, credit risk assessment and monitoring, financial analysis, and enhancement of customers’ services quality
  • Establish social connections in the market to tap opportunities of business
  • Review and monitor the existing portfolios to ensure good quality of loan assets
  • Co-ordinate with other businesses organizations / HKSARG in the promotion of SME loan business
  • Ensure compliance of internal guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 7 years of banking experience of which minimum 3 years at managerial level
  • Experience in commercial and retail banking and thorough knowledge in trade finance and bills operation are essential
  • Strong leadership capability and business connections with SME clients
  • Fluent in written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • With qualification of HKSI and IIQE
  • With Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is preferable
