Customer Representative (Fitness Centre)

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with new and existing customers to achieve sales and service objectives.
  • Drive sales growth: Identify new sales and business opportunities to expand the centre's customer base.
  • Provide excellent service: Look after customer service and member retention, ensuring a positive experience for all clients

Qualifications

  • Service-oriented: You have a "go-get-it" attitude and are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated: You are sales-driven and can work independently to achieve targets.
  • Passionate about wellness: You are highly enthusiastic and energetic, with a keen interest in healthy lifestyles.
  • Strong communicator: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Language skills: You have a good command of Cantonese and English, which are essential for interacting with our diverse clientele.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in the fitness/yoga industry is beneficial but not required. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
