Part Time Guest Service Officer (multi-locations)

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests, answering incoming calls and clarify customers’ enquiries in a professional manner
  • Handling reservation and provide check-in and out services
  • Handling customers complaint
  • Conducting regular daily facility check

Work Location: 

  • Kwun Tong/Central/Admarlty/CausewayBay 

Working Hours:

  • At least 3 days per week and 8 hours working hours

Hourly Rate:

  • HKD $68 per hours

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • F.5/ DSE or above
  • Good command of both Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese) AND English  
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
  • Be patient, cheerful personality
  • Shift duty is required (8 hours working)
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduate welcome
