System Analyst (SA) / Senior Analyst Programmer (SAP)

Responsibilities

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical solutions, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality system development and support.

*Candidates with less experience are also welcome to apply and may be considered for the Senior Analyst Programmer position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Design & Integration

  • Prepare technical flowcharts and integration solutions for new and existing systems.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with vendors.
  • Performance improvement

Vendor Collaboration

  • Review and validate vendor technical solutions to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to implement user requests and system enhancements.

Development & Support

  • Participate in program development using PHP / Nodejs / Python.
  • Provide technical support for production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with Product Owners to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Act as a technical advisor during project planning and execution phases. 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical development role.
  • Strong programming skills in PHP / Nodejs / Python.
  • Good understanding of system architecture and integration design.
  • Experience in vendor management is a plus.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Dart, TypeScript, Netcore, Swift is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (spoken and written).
