Senior Training Officer


  • Responsible for implementation of entire training cycle and ensure the effectiveness of training activities;
  • Support and monitor the Training Curriculum and e-Learning platform development;
  • Implement appropriate training solutions to achieve service excellence & business objective;
  • Design, develop and deliver training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills and service standards of staff;
  • Provide training administrative support to various training initiative and programs including training report and training analysis etc.;
  • Involve in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior.


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 4 years of solid experience in training and development in retail industry, preferably in luxury retail;
  • A good team player with the ability to maintain cohesive work relationship with internal stakeholders;
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive with “CAN-DO” attitude;
  • Have great passion in retail training, high motivated, dynamic and proactive;
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
