Our Performance and Restructuring Team specializes in advising and assisting clients navigating complex financial challenges faced by lenders, stakeholders, and distressed entities. With a wealth of expertise and a proven track record, we provide comprehensive support tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, helping them to stabilize, restructure, and maximize value in difficult situations:

• Conduct independent and thorough assessments of financial positions and evaluating remedial options available to corporates and stakeholders

• Act as receivers to efficiently preserve and realise secured assets on behalf of lenders, ensuring optimal recovery and protection of creditors' interests

• Serve as appointed officeholders or trustees over insolvent or solvent entities, or individual to safeguard and maximise the interests of stakeholders

• Provide other restructuring services, such as: cash flow monitoring, liquidation analysis, schemes of arrangement and accelerated M&A

We are currently seeking Seniors Associates to join our well-established team. As a member of our team, you will be involved in mainly restructuring and enforcement work, helping the stakeholders in meeting the financial challenges they are facing and maximising their return 

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of distressed corporates and build intuitive and dynamic financial model to facilitate debt restructuring

• Act as day-today liaison with creditors and other external stakeholders to gather information, implement enforcement steps and ensure statutory compliance

• Assist with securing, preserving, and realising assets to maximise value for the stakeholders

• Draft report and correspondence to various external and internal stakeholders, including the Court, regulators, creditors, legal advisors, etc.

• Prepare sales pitch, conduct in-depth market research and pre-acceptance checks

• Provide ad-hoc support to partners and managers

 Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or business or related discipline

• Two to three years' relevant experience in auditing, due diligence or advisory work, specifically in the area of corporate restructuring, distressed transactions or special assets management will be favourably considered. 

• Strong business analytical and financial modelling skills

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and AI Tools

• Ability to think strategically, excellent business sense and commercially aware

• Team players, who are agile and work effectively under pressure with multiple concurrent engagements

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (both English and Chinese)

• Excellent written English and Chinese, including the ability to write succinct, well-structured report

• Flexibility and willingness to travel
