Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

The applicant will:

• Provide coaching to associates, senior associates and managers;

• Independently lead execution of complex due diligence assignments with guidance from partners and other senior team members;

• Identify deal issues and provide suggestions to maximise client value;

• Manage day-to-day client interactions regarding project matters;

• Project management and work closely with internal and external workstreams (e.g. tax and commercial due diligence teams);

• Preparation of high quality due diligence report and other deliverables;

• Manage engagement risk and potential client or engagement issues;

• Assist partners and directors in business development efforts; and

• Participate in training and recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• 6+years relevant experience including due diligence and consulting. Prior financial due diligence experience would be a plus;

• CPA or equivalent qualification and technically strong;

• Big Four accounting firm or equivalent background preferred;

• Excellent business sense and be able to think strategically;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Strong project management skills;

• Team player and willing to collaborate;

• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics tools;

• Proficiencies in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin);

• Ability to produce concise, issue-focused report in English. Ability to write in Chinese is a plus.
