Digital Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for the E-commerce operation, include managing e-commerce platforms such as Gifthing, Tmall, JD (京东), Taobao, WeChat, etc., to promote business growth and achieve business goals
  • Analyse market trends, manage the mechanism of online stores and implement effective pricing strategies
  • Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rates, etc. and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning
  • Organize and implement various online and offline marketing plans
  • Plan and implement an efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program
  • Search engine optimization including SEM/SEO
  • Plan and implement efficient promotion strategies on social platforms (WeChat, Weibo Influencer, etc.)
  • Identify and develop portals that are conducive to brand development; establish strategic partnerships and expand sales channels
  • Lead the team to complete the operational indicators, conduct and implement department monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
  • Follow up the implementation progress of the operation plan, collect and analyse the operation data on a regular basis, and formulate an effective counterstrategy for the product operation strategy
  • Establish and manage the operation team according to business needs, and continuously optimise the operation process and talent management
  • Perform ad hoc assignments by management

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, engaged in E-commerce operations and other related positions for more than 3 years with experience in team management and operation
  • Well understanding on development trend of the latest e-commerce industry, and with relevant background and working experience
  • Experience in managing and operating third-party E-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Taobao, WeChat, etc.)
  • Have good planning and execution capabilities with strong teamwork operation and management capabilities;
  • Clear goals, strong data analytical and logical thinking skills. Proactive, good self-learning and driving force
  • Excellent communication and coordinating skills. Able to lead the team with high stand pressure work
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Travel indeed
