Digital Marketing Assistant

1. Digital Marketing (Multi-media) 

  • Support, design and produce multimedia content according to marketing needs
  • Involve in photo and video production planning, taking and editing for products, social media, events and tutorials
  • Provide latest market intelligence/ insight to catch the trend
  • Support digital marketing planning and operation to drive new sales for e-commerce by multi-media
  • Support online webinars and trainings

2. E-Commerce

  • Assist the website operation and handle product listing and content management
  • Assist in print-on-demand and dropship e-commerce management
  • Support e-commerce projects and handle customer journey including order processing and after-sales service
  • Review website traffic and conversion and look for new opportunity
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Multimedia Design, Marketing, E-commerce or related disciplines. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
  • Proficiency in video editing application (e.g. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is preferred
  • Experience in multimedia design and e-commerce platform management is a plus
  • Good command of Chinese and English
