IT Support / Services Engineer / 1st Tier Support

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st tier deskside support (hardware, software, application) for end users
  • Assist to write up (define) IT documentation, standards, guideline or manuals etc.
  • Provide administrative support on daily operation in computer networks and related computing environments.
  • Maintain the context on IT policy integration
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 2 years or above experiences in IT support / Technical Writer
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and Networking
  • Knowledge on firewall, switches and Linux OS is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
