Part Time Accounts Clerk

Job Description:

  • Responsible for data entry, voucher preparation, accounts receivable and reconciliations
  • Assist in month-end closing activities including bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost allocations
  • Reviewing and monitoring intercompany transactions and coordinated with stakeholders for adjustment
  • Book keeping on bank transactions and filing of related documents
  • Support the finance team in other ad hoc and accounting matters

Job requirement:

  • High Diploma holder or student in Accounting / Finance with below qualities: 
  • Fast-paced, self-motivated, good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Strong in Excel, Word processing and accounting software
  • Able to learn quickly and work independently
  • Willing to learn, proactive, presentable and like to work in fast-growing and challenging environment
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese / Mandarin
