Sales Executive

Job functions:

  • Provide quality services and professional product knowledge to e-Commerce customers (B2C, B2B), as to create high customer online satisfaction and experience 
  • Keep fast response to customer enquiries, complaints, quotation, order status and after sales services on digital platforms in professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage order processing cycle, make quotation, and resolve customer issues
  • Develop sales strategies, FAQ, product content marketing to drive sales conversions and meet KPIs
  • Develop and improve customer online journey in an efficiency way, and perform online projects
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Management, Marketing, Digital Communications, or related disciplines  
  • 2-3 years’ solid experience in Account / Sales services or Customer Services duties
  • 2-3 years’ work experience in printing manufacturing companies
  • Experience from Online Business / E-commerce related is preferable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, and fair in Mandarin
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Good team player, self-motivated, good analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
