Job functions:

• Be a sourcing business partner and develop the product roadmap together with our online business units.
• End to End sourcing project management including but not limited to initial supply landscaping, supplier onboarding and management of sourcing project deliverables.
• Drive minimum viable product and speed to market.
• Proactively exploring innovation and technology roadmap together with suppliers and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor the vendor’s performance to ensure the fulfilment of safety, quality, pricing, delivery schedules, commercial terms, and other requirements.
• Develop and maintain the long term partnership with vendors, manage vendor selection and evaluation, and improvement initiatives;
• Support the product development of the Online Marketplace Platform (https://www.qpp.com/en/online-business,https://www.printerstudio.com/)
• Perform ad hoc assignments by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Procurement, Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines;
• Over 5 years of strategic procurement and sourcing, development of material supplier / sub-contractor, and project management experience preferably gained from multinational or sizeable manufacturing companies.
• Solid experience in material sourcing of Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry would be an advantage;
• Global sourcing experience and strong experience in managing China vendors
• Strong people management skills and influencing skills;
• Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills;
• Result-oriented, team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, and Chinese/Mandarin;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Manager.
• Based in Shenzhen or Dongguan.
