REPORTS TO: Manager, Global Technical Service
OBJECTIVE
Reporting to Manager, you will work closely with your team and the other departments (Operation, Quality Assurance, Business Development, Client Service & Global Programs) to maintain the quality of governance, support new system development, and support technical update implementation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage technical / testing database to maintain the accuracy of information with updating
- Manage technical update implementation project, including new testing standard development, new regulatory update as well as company development
- Support new system development and integration
- Maintain technical documents for internal use, include standard operation procedures, working instructions and other technical related documentations
- Support the process on improvement in governance aim at providing control and guidance to technical advice / approach within company
- Assist any other related duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
EDUCATION • Science related university degree
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE • Familiar with /knowledge of ISO 17025 and accreditations requirement
SIKLLS •
- Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and learn quickly,
- Managed to plan and follow task schedule, organize resources accordingly and meet tight deadline
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
EXPERIENCE • 2 years of experience in Laboratory Testing field would be an advantage
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
OTHERS •
- Self-motivated and work as a team
- Good communication skill
