Machine Learning/AI Engineer - LLM

As a Machine Learning Engineer focusing on LLMs, you will develop and implement advanced models to create immersive and dynamic role-playing experiences. Collaborate with our creative and technical teams to push the boundaries of AI-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize LLMs for role-play AI games and applications.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to integrate AI characters into our platform.

  • Analyze and process data to improve character interactions and realism.

  • Stay updated with advancements in AI, focusing on enhancing role-play features.

  • Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and user engagement.

  • Document processes to support team knowledge sharing and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience in machine learning, particularly in natural language processing and LLMs.

  • Proficient in Python and ML frameworks

  • Strong understanding of AI character development and user interaction design.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset.

  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
