Responsibilities: 

• Maintain close contact with assigned clients, responsible for daily client relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and sustain long-term partnerships.
• Regularly follow up on client needs and situations, providing professional advice and solutions.
• Provide support and collaborate with internal parties in managing client-related matters to ensure smooth service delivery and meet client expectations.
• Analyze clients' financial conditions, assist in reviewing and processing related credit matters, monitor clients’ credit risks, and ensure compliance.
• Support internal communication with clients, helping internal parties better understand client needs.
• This role does not require actively developing new clients, but rather focuses on maintaining existing client relationships and deepening cooperation. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Economics, or related areas.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate banking credit-related roles, familiar with corporate financial analysis, credit processes, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong financial market and relevant banking services.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand client needs and provide appropriate support.
• Strong coordination skills in managing internal and external resources to resolve client issues and build trust.
• Quick learning and adaptability to respond flexibly to changing market and client demands.
• Willingness to learn and master knowledge of new products and services.
