Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our Cinnabon café-bakeries to ensure exceptional guest experiences and product quality reflective of our iconic brand .
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to create a warm, inviting environment that captures the signature Cinnabon spirit .
- Implement and maintain brand standards across all touchpoints, including service, cleanliness, product presentation, and compliance with Cinnabon Brand Guidelines .
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, HR, and supply chain teams to execute new menu launches, seasonal promotions, and strategic initiatives.
- Respond to customer feedback with warmth and professionalism, ensuring all guests leave happy and loyal.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and service providers to secure the best quality and value for the brand.
- Uphold strict compliance with food safety, health, and labor regulations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail operations management (café/bakery experience preferred).
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
