We are expanding our Quality team and seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Technician to perform advanced inspection, diagnostic testing, and authenticity verification of electronic components.

About the Role
As a Senior Quality Control Technician, you will play a key role in protecting our customers from supply‑chain risks such as counterfeit components and non‑conforming parts. You will conduct advanced testing on memory modules, SSD/HDDs, CPUs, and GPUs, mentor junior inspectors, and support continuous improvement activities within the Quality function.
This is a hands‑on, detail‑oriented role suited to someone with deep experience in electronics inspection and a desire to uphold the highest standards in an evolving semiconductor market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced Inspection & Testing
· Perform functional and diagnostic testing on memory, processors, and storage devices
· Conduct high‑resolution and microscopic inspections to identify defects and counterfeit indicators
· Lead complex or high‑value inspections requiring senior expertise
· Prepare detailed technical reports with findings, failure modes, and photographic evidence
2. Authenticity Verification
· Conduct advanced counterfeit detection: UV inspection, firmware checks, surface analysis, pin testing
· Validate specifications against OEM datasheets (speed, form factor, timings, firmware versions, etc.)
· Escalate discrepancies and recommend appropriate actions
3. Technical Leadership
· Provide daily support, mentoring, and training to junior Quality Control Inspectors
· Review and approve inspection reports for accuracy and completeness
· Promote ESD discipline and inspection best practices
4. System, Process & Equipment Integrity
· Maintain accurate inspection records and NCR documentation in Global Trader
· Verify stock locations and support full component traceability
· Assist with process improvement, CAPA, and workflow development
· Oversee calibration and care of diagnostic and testing equipment
Requirements
Attentive to details, mature, strong problem-solving skill, self-motivated and work independently
Good time management skill, well-organized with strong analytical mind
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin)
