Contractor Labour Officer (Ref.: CLO/22/1198)

Responsibilities

Check and verify the proper operation of wages protection policies
Monitor the attendance, wage payments and MPF contributions to all site staff
Assist in handling and monitoring complaints on arrears of wages and MPF contributions raised by site staff
Ensure personal data and other personnel related matters as required of site staff/workers be submitted to Human Resources Department on time
Assist site administration duties when necessary
Contract: 6 years
Location: Hung Shui Kiu

Requirements

Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) OR 5 subjects at Grade “E” in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) including Chinese, English-Syllabus B & Mathematics OR certificate in Human Resources / Personnel Management is preferred
Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience on personnel management or Human Resources related duties.
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good computer knowledge, preferably with experience on the operation of a computerized smart-card system
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
Valid Green Card
Immediate availability preferred
