Human Resources Assistant (Ref: HRA/80/453)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to Human Resources & Training Section;
  • Responsible for recruitment arrangement & logistics, records update & filing, leave administration, medical insurance & claims;
  • Maintain and update HR records including personnel files and HRIS;
  • Provide clerical support to the department including data entry and filing;
  • Assist in arranging and coordinating staff recreation activities;
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines; 
  • Preferable with 2 years relevant experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Responsible and details-oriented;
  • Good interpersonal skill and willing to learn with positive attitude
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
