Banking Insurance Specialist [25-45k]

Banking Insurance Specialist [25-45k]
Location: All Branches in Hong Kong

Base salary: HK$25,000–45,000+ Quarterly commission + annual bonus — competitive total take-home pay (performance-driven; more effort = higher reward)

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Handle a full range of general banking products including CASA, consumer lending, mortgage, insurance and credit cards.
  • Proactively acquire new customers through outreach and in-branch engagement.
  • Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate products (selling and cross-selling).
  • Make sales referrals to branch colleagues or other departments when required.
  • Participate in localized or off-site promotional activities and community events.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver solutions and service to customers.
  • Perform operational tasks in a compliant manner, following bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • University degree with 1–2 years’ branch frontline customer service experience; OR secondary education with 3–4 years’ branch experience.
  • IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3 (required).
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
  • Certified Banker qualification is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service orientation, sales drive and team collaboration skills.
  • Integrity and awareness of compliance and operational controls.
