[Banking Perm] Back office Bill Operation

Location: Kowloon District 

Salary: HKD 2-30,000 x 12 + bonus 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process bill transactions and manage trade services.
  • Generate trade processing reports for management review.
  • Verify trade services documents according to established standards.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and guidelines.
  • Engage in system enhancements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirment:

  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of full-time experience in Bills Operations or Trade Finance within the banking, securities, or asset management industries.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
