Sales Associate / Brand Ambassador (Luxury Fashion & Leather Goods)

Locations: Causeway Bay / Tsim Sha Tsui / Tung Chung / Stanley (Outlet)

Salary: Basic + Commission , total package: 20k or above

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the elegance and heritage of the maison, and providing expert product knowledge to customers.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized styling advice and recommendations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s luxury image.
  • Support inventory management and participate in stock replenishment as needed.
  • Stay updated on brand stories, product details, and market trends to enhance customer interactions.

Requirment:

  • Experience: 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury fashion brands such as Theory, IT, Armani, Jimmy Choo, Vans, or similar.
  • Outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Cantonese; basic English and Mandarin are advantageous.
  • Full-time commitment, with flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
