Sales Administrator

Salary: $22,000- 25,000 per month

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a professional manner, and the ability to coordinate effectively between internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including quotation preparation, contract processing, and order coordination.

• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activities, and documentation.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and timely fulfillment of sales-related tasks.

• Accompany and assist the Sales Manager in client meetings and presentations when required.

• Prepare and update sales reports and dashboards for management review.

• Assist in handling invoice follow-ups, delivery schedules, and after-sales service coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (University graduate is a must).

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or related field preferred.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Strong attention to detail with good time management and interpersonal skills.
